Please understand that we will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted online. Orders are processed through our automated system in real-time and automatically submitted to our fulfillment department as soon as they are submitted online.
If your order has not been shipped yet by our fulfillment department, what we can do is cancel the existing order so you can place a new order. However, if the order has already been processed for shipping, we will be unable to cancel the order.
